We accept most medical insurances and a select few HMO (most will need prior authorization).

We do not take Medicaid/Apple Health at this time.

We are currently working on adding additional insurances, please be patient with us as we go through the process.

We offer prompt pay discounts for patients without insurance. We can also provide itemized receipts and instructions on how to self submit to insurances for reimbursement.

We welcome anyone to use their flex spending plans FSA/HSA/MSA.
